We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join Moa Coffee at our Woodside location. We started from a small shop in Astoria and decided to expand 5 years later! We currently have 3 locations in Queens, NY and looking for someone to help us expand and grow our company.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will assist the owners in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the store meets its company standards, barista culture, and level of excellence in customer service . We are looking for leaders who can manage a team of 5 with effective communication, honesty, and good organizational skills.

Duties:
- Train new team members
- Manage stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Lead and motivate the team to making constant improvements
- Provide coaching and feedback to team
- Assist in creating and implementing strategies, rules and regulations to improve autotomy
- Scheduling and being on call during set days to help manage last minute call outs
- Conduct routine store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably as an Assistant Store Manager or similar position
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts in a professional manner
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- Food Handler's Certificate (required)

Pay: Base pay starts at $18-$20 plus tips per hour depending on experience/qualifications.

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
